North Sydney Council

North Sydney Council are a vital part of our Kelly’s Place community. Kelly’s Place leases our unique building from North Sydney Council. A long-standing “pepprcorn” rent agreement exists between North Sydney Council and Kelly’s Place. This is a testament to North Sydney Council’s commitment to affordable quality education and care within the local community. North Sydney Council is responsible for the maintenance of the building. We liaise with North Sydney’s Manager of Community Services and with the Property Manager. We are subject to the conditions of our lease. North Sydney Council do not play any role in the management of Kelly’s Place. As a community, we are grateful to North Sydney Council and their commitment to community based early childhood education.
